Fahrenheit 11/9

Fahrenheit 11/9 is a documentary by Michael Moore that examines the 2016 United States presidential election and the political climate surrounding Donald Trump's rise to the presidency. The title refers to November 9, 2016, the day Trump was declared president-elect, and echoes Moore's earlier film Fahrenheit 9/11. Moore appears on camera and also interviews or features figures including Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Bernie Sanders, David Hogg and Steve Bannon, while archival footage of Trump is used. The film looks at the circumstances that led to the election result and at the wider political landscape, taking aim not only at Trump and the Republicans but also at the Democrats.

The film is 128 minutes long and was released in September 2018, before that year's midterm elections. It sits between Capitalism: A Love Story and this point in Moore's directing career, which began with Roger & Me and includes Bowling for Columbine, Fahrenheit 9/11 and Sicko.
