DC League of Super-Pets

Krypto, Superman's dog, shares his owner's powers and fights crime alongside him in Metropolis. When Superman and the other members of the Justice League are taken captive, Krypto has to assemble an unlikely rescue team. He turns to a group of shelter animals — Ace, a hound, the potbellied pig PB, a turtle named Merton and a squirrel called Chip — who have unexpectedly developed powers of their own. Before they can help, Krypto must persuade them to take on the mission and get a handle on abilities they barely understand.

The film is an animated DC adventure directed by Jared Stern, who wrote the screenplay with John Whittington. It was Stern's second feature as director, following Happy Anniversary, and Dwayne Johnson, who voices Krypto, produced it with Stern and Dany Garcia. The voice cast also includes Kevin Hart as Ace, John Krasinski as Superman, Keanu Reeves as Batman, Kate McKinnon as the villain Lulu and Vanessa Bayer as PB.

Released in July 2022, the film cost around 90 million dollars and took in roughly 208 million dollars worldwide. On IMDb it holds 6.8 out of 10 from about 80,000 votes, and on TMDB 7.1 out of 10 from a much smaller pool of voters. A critics' rating of 6.3 out of 10 from 148 reviews sits a little below the audience scores.
