A group of teenagers once left a friend behind in the haunted house of an amusement park. Yuki vanished there, and the friends did not stay to find out what happened to her. Ten years later, on a rainy day, she reappears among them as suddenly as she disappeared. When she collapses, the group takes her to a nearby hospital, where the corridors and rooms seem to shift like a maze. As the night goes on, they are drawn back into the events that surrounded her disappearance and have to confront what they did.
