This documentary examines the reopening of a defunct General Motors plant in Ohio by a Chinese billionaire. The venture initially brings hope to the region by employing two thousand American blue-collar workers. However, the optimism fades as the project faces difficulties caused by the cultural and professional clash between high-tech Chinese management and the American workforce, threatening the traditional American dream.
