Short description

In Louisiana, an oil company conducts drilling on land sacred to Native Americans. During the process, the workers uncover an ancient artifact and accidentally release a monstrous wolf spirit. This entity is bound by legend to protect the ecological balance and the land from intruders, leading it to kill those who threaten the environment. As the creature causes chaos and death in a nearby town, the local people must find a way to stop the beast to avoid their own destruction.
