Manuela Pelari, known as Pipa, begins her career as a police officer by taking on her first major investigation. Working alongside a controversial homicide inspector named Francisco Juanez, she seeks to solve the violent death of a nineteen-year-old woman whose closest friend is a primary suspect. While managing this case, Pipa also conducts a private inquiry into her own superior, who is suspected of committing murder.
