Short description

Ghost Hour is an animated fantasy film about a ghost whose nightly routine of frightening others is disrupted. The central conflict arises when the ghost encounters a girl who is completely unfazed by his attempts to scare her.

Produced by Locomotive Productions and Jarve Studio, this Latvian and Estonian short film was written and directed by Nils Skapāns. It was the first of two listed films in his directing career, preceding the 2017 release Our Granny Rocks!. The production was managed by producer Roberts Vinovskis.
