A great white shark threatens people in the water, leading to a struggle for survival. While some accounts describe a group of kayakers trapped on a remote island as the tide rises, others focus on a coastal town in California where local authorities hire marine biologists and shark hunters to stop a series of attacks.

Hubbard, and Nicholas Ryan.
