Short description
Set in the Hamptons, this romantic comedy follows Audrey as she attends the rescheduled wedding weekend of her brother, Liam. Audrey struggles with her own insecurities and the milestone of turning 40, leading to a tense relationship with Liam's young French fiancée, Clemence. Feeling overshadowed by Clemence, Audrey and her husband, Ethan, plan a series of events designed to sabotage the relationship and prevent the marriage from taking place.

- Alicia Silverstone, who played Audrey, called Tom Everett Scott (who played Ethan) to ask if he would be willing to play her husband again. This phrase was a reminder of their previous joint project – David Bowers' family comedy “Diary of a Wimpy Kid 4: The Long Haul” (2017), where Silverstone and Scott played a married couple. Scott enjoyed filming with Bowers and working with Silverstone so much that he agreed, even without reading the script for “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.”
