V/H/S/94

V/H/S/94 is a horror anthology built around a frame story in which a SWAT team raids a warehouse expecting to find drug dealers, only to encounter a cult compound filled with mutilated bodies, television sets wired to VHS players, and a collection of disturbing tapes. As the officers move deeper into the building, the footage they find unfolds into several separate stories of terror, each presented as recovered video.

The film is a collaborative effort from directors Simon Barrett, Timo Tjahjanto, Steven Kostanski, Jennifer Reeder, Chloe Okuno and Ryan Prows, with Barrett, David Bruckner and Tjahjanto credited on the screenplay. It forms part of the V/H/S series and draws on the found-footage format associated with the earlier entries. For Barrett, Reeder, Okuno and Prows it stands early in their directing filmographies, while Tjahjanto and Kostanski came to it with several features already behind them. The cast includes Anna Hopkins, Anthony Christian Potenza, Brian Paul, Tim Campbell and Gina Phillips, among a credited cast of 46.

Released in 2021 and running 103 minutes, the film was produced across Indonesia, Canada and the United States by Bloody Disgusting, Studio71, Cinepocalypse and Radio Silence. On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.6 from around 17,000 votes, and on TMDB 6.1 from roughly 586 votes. A critics' rating of 6.7 from 69 reviews places it above both audience scores, indicating a more favourable response from reviewers than from general viewers.
