Army of One

Army of One is an action film about Brenner Baker, a former special forces soldier who is hiking with her husband when they come across a drug cartel's compound. The cartel kills her husband and leaves her for dead, but she survives and sets out to take revenge on those responsible.

The film was directed by Stephen Durham, who wrote the screenplay with David Dittlinger and Mary Ann Barnes. Ellen Hollman, who also produced, stars as Brenner, with Matt Passmore as her husband Dillion. Geraldine Singer, Stephen Dunlevy, Gary Kasper and Cameron Bowen appear in supporting roles, and the production involved a large credited cast and crew.

Released in December 2020, Army of One runs 87 minutes and was produced by several independent companies. Audience response has been modest: on IMDb it holds a rating of 4.5 from around 7,200 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 5.7 from roughly 220 votes. The higher TMDB figure comes from a much smaller group of voters.
