Fighter

Fighter follows a young man who fulfills his lifelong ambition of joining the Indian Air Force. As he navigates the rigorous demands of military service and faces personal struggles, he works to become a hero for his country. Amidst a militant attack in Kashmir, a group of elite aviators is brought together under the leadership of a brilliant but reckless officer to form a unit known as the Air Dragons. The story explores their brotherhood and the internal and external battles they face while confronting mortal danger.

The film was directed by Siddharth Anand, following his work on Pathaan and preceding his film King. The production was a collaboration between Prime Focus, Viacom18 Studios, Marflix Pictures, and Prime Focus Studios, with a screenplay by Ramon Chibb. The cast features Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor, Karan Singh Grover, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Akshay Oberoi.

With a budget of 30 million USD, the movie earned 41 million USD at the worldwide box office. It has a rating of 6.2/10 on IMDb based on 54,000 votes and 6.2/10 on TMDB from 166 votes. Film critics gave the movie a lower score of 5.7/10 across 25 reviews compared to the general audience ratings.
