Diana "T.N.T." Jackson is a martial arts expert who travels to Hong Kong to look for her missing brother. Once she arrives, she learns he is dead, and she turns her attention to the people responsible. Her search brings her into contact with gangsters and drug dealers, and she has to fight her way through a dangerous part of the city. A local contact, Joe, helps her dig into what happened, while a bar in a rough district becomes a key stop on her trail. The film is an action thriller built around her pursuit of the men behind her brother's death.
