Rosewood Lane

Radio psychiatrist Sonny Blake returns to her childhood home on Rosewood Lane after her father's death. She soon finds the neighbourhood uneasy, and the focus of its fear is the local paperboy, a boy whose behaviour strikes her as threatening. As she looks into what is happening around her, she comes to suspect he is tied to her father's death.

Victor Salva directed and wrote the film, which followed Peaceful Warrior in his filmography and came before Jeepers Creepers 3. Rose McGowan plays Sonny, with Luna Lauren Vélez, Ray Wise, Lin Shaye, Bill Fagerbakke and Lesley-Anne Down among the supporting cast. It was produced by Don E. FauntLeRoy, Phillip B. Goldfine and Salva.

The film runs 97 minutes and was released in October 2011. On TMDB it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 10 from 109 votes, a small sample suggesting limited attention and a muted response from those who have seen it.
