Winter Boy

Winter Boy follows Lucas, a seventeen-year-old who struggles to find hope and love after the sudden death of his father in an incident that may have been a suicide. Feeling as though his life has become a wild animal that needs taming, Lucas navigates his grief while caught between his mother, with whom he lives, and his brother in Paris.

Directed and written by Christophe Honoré, this French drama is the eighth film in a chronology that includes Guermantes and later works such as Marcello Mio. The movie features Paul Kircher in the lead role, supported by a cast that includes Juliette Binoche, Vincent Lacoste, and Erwan Kepoa Falé. Honoré also appears in the film as Claude Ronis.
