A funeral director attempts to rebuild his life after being released from prison. During his work, he unexpectedly meets a young orphaned girl. Their encounter leads the man to undergo a personal transformation, shifting his perspective on his profession and his existence.

The 2022 Chinese drama was written and directed by Liu Jiangjiang, marking the first film in a list of two directed works that includes Give You A Candy.
