A well-known actress seeks medical treatment while keeping her identity a secret. After receiving a difficult diagnosis, she finds herself sharing a hospital ward with three other women from very different backgrounds, including a former rock musician, a young mother, and a teacher. Initially struggling with the loss of her usual comforts and the fear of her illness, the actress forms an unexpected bond with her companions.
