Lee Ray Oliver is a dangerous killer facing the death penalty who is offered a chance to survive. He must agree to participate in a secret medical study involving a chemical treatment designed to modify human behavior. Developed by Dr. Michael Copeland, the experiment aims to use psychopharmaceuticals to suppress aggression and transform violent criminals into peaceful, docile individuals.
