A struggling musician travels to South Korea to compose music for K-pop artists. While there, he discovers that his estranged son is becoming the lead singer of a popular new group. He initially attempts to use his son's rising fame to rebuild his own career, but he eventually finds that the bond of fatherhood is more rewarding than professional celebrity.
