Greatest Days

Greatest Days follows five women who were inseparable as teenagers and devoted fans of a boy band. After attending a concert together as young friends, they drift apart over the next twenty-five years, their lives taking different directions. They reunite as adults to see the group perform once more, a trip that prompts them to revisit their shared past and consider what their friendship still means to them. The film is adapted from the stage musical The Band, which was built around the songs of Take That, and the story blends music and drama with comedy.

Coky Giedroyc directs from a screenplay by Tim Firth, with Damian Jones, Kate Solomon and Jane Hooks producing. Aisling Bea leads the cast as Rachel, alongside Jayde Adams, Alice Lowe and Amaka Okafor. Matthew McNulty plays Passport Checker Stuart, and Lara McDonnell appears as the younger Rachel. The production involved companies in the United Kingdom, United States and Switzerland and runs 112 minutes.

The film was released in June 2023. On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.7 from around 1,700 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 6.1 from a much smaller pool of 32 votes.
