Stella. A Life.

Set in Berlin during the Nazi regime, this historical drama follows Stella, a young Jewish woman with aspirations of becoming a jazz singer. After failed attempts to emigrate and a period spent in hiding with her parents, Stella is captured by the Gestapo. To avoid deportation to Auschwitz and protect her family, she agrees to collaborate with the authorities. She begins infiltrating other Jewish communities to betray those in hiding, leading to the arrest of numerous people.

The film was directed by Kilian Riedhof, who also co-wrote the screenplay alongside Marc Blöbaum and Jan Braren. The production is a joint effort between Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, involving companies such as SevenPictures Film and DCM Pictures. The cast is led by Paula Beer in the title role, supported by Jannis Niewöhner, Katja Riemann, Lukas Miko, Joel Basman, and Damian Hardung. A total of 53 actors are credited in the production.
