Short description
Ukrainian travel TV show. In each episode, the show visits another location in the world for one weekend. One of the hosts (determined by a coin toss) receives a credit card with unlimited credit (in practice, this has been limited to US$30,000 per day), called the Golden Card, while the other has to spend the weekend with US$100 including all expenses. Starting with the second season, the show has hidden a bottle with $100 in each visited location for travelers to find.

What's left behind the scenes
- Two hosts film in the same city simultaneously. Paris and London were exceptions. These programs were filmed separately with each host, with a gap of one to two weeks. In Paris, Zhanna's storyline was filmed first, and only two weeks later was Andrey's storyline filmed. This happened because Andrey lost his passport, and his trip had to be postponed until he received a new visa. London was filmed with Andrey first, and only a week later did Lesya Nikityuk's group arrive for filming. The reason was that not everyone on the team received their visas on time. Given these force majeure circumstances, the coin was tossed at the office before departure.
- The most episodes of 'Eagle and Tails' were filmed in the United States and Russia, with eight cities in each of these countries.
- Season 7 of 'Back to the USSR' was prepared in different editions for the TV channels 'Inter' (Ukraine) and 'Pyatnitsa' (Russia). The versions differed in sponsors and currencies: for Ukraine, all expenses were listed in hryvnias, and for Russia, in rubles.
- In only two episodes was there no final meeting between the hosts—in Tbilisi (season 1) and in Dushanbe (season 7).
- The most money spent by the host with the gold card was in London: 53,557 dollars.
- By the end of season 7, 101 episodes had been filmed. This covers 101 cities and 63 countries.
- In only three episodes did the host with one hundred dollars run out of money. In Rome, Alan Badoev went over budget by getting a tattoo. In Peru, Andrey Bednyakov managed to reach the legendary Machu Picchu with a hundred dollars, but he didn't have enough money for the return trip. In Lapland, Andrey played 'surprises' on Zhanna Badoeva, as they explained at the end that it is impossible to survive on 100 dollars there on the eve of the New Year.
- The team's longest assignment was to South America during the third season. It was a trip to five cities (Rio, São Paulo, Santiago, Cusco, and Buenos Aires), and the duration of the trip, including weekends, was 25 days.
- A team of 9 people goes on the shoot. Two groups of four are formed, each consisting of a host, a director, an editor, and a cameraman. The ninth team member is the producer, who also serves as the on-set administrator.
- The very first pilot episode of the program 'Oryol i Reshka' was filmed in Barcelona in October 2010, although the Barcelona episode was the fifth to air, in March 2011.
