What's left behind the scenes

  • The series was originally titled 'Miami Trauma'.
  • In the pilot, Dr. Chris Delio was played by Richard Coyle. After the first episode, the producers decided to replace the actor, and as a result of recasting, the role went to Mike Vogel.
