What's left behind the scenes
- Originally, a film featuring Liev Schreiber and Jaden Smith was planned for 2014. The movie was never made.
- During filming, Ethan Hawke sweated so much that his white shirt became completely soaked, making the tattoos on his arms visible through the sleeves. It ended with the costume designers simply sewing a second layer of fabric to the inside of the sleeves to absorb the sweat.
