Short description
Fanny Price is sent to live at the estate of her wealthy relatives, where she is largely shunned by her family. Her only source of support is her cousin Edmund, and over time, her gratitude for him evolves into romantic feelings. The social dynamics of the household are disrupted by the arrival of siblings Mary and Henry Crawford, leading to emotional conflicts and a difficult choice for Fanny between financial security and her own heart.
