Based on true events, this drama and mystery follows Kay, an investigative journalist who goes undercover at a facility for people with disabilities. After receiving reports of staff mistreatment, she confirms the abuse and exposes systemic failures within the healthcare infrastructure of Hong Kong. Following the publication of her findings, further revelations drive her to pursue a broader struggle for justice.

The film was directed by Lawrence Kan, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Fung Li and Tong Chui Ping.
