Ivan Marchuk: "The voice of my soul"

This documentary explores the life and work of Ivan Fedorovych Marchuk, a globally recognized Ukrainian painter. The film focuses on how his art represents Ukrainian culture across every continent.

Directed by Oleksandr Koval, the film followed his previous project, Testament of Joseph the Blind, in his body of work. The production was handled by the Ukrainian News and Documentary Film Studio, with a screenplay written by Oleksіy Moskalenko. The cast includes the artist Ivan Marchuk appearing as himself, alongside Sashko Koval, who portrays a younger version of the painter. The documentary also features appearances by Leonid Kuchma and Yurii Illienko.
