Can You Hear Me?

Set in England during the final days of World War I, this story follows Annabel, a woman awaiting her brother's return from the front. She falls in love with Samuel, an American soldier who has traveled to the United Kingdom to claim an ancestral estate. Their romance is complicated by a mystical secret involving a divine agreement that allows Samuel to return from death as a ghost. As Annabel discovers the truth while pregnant with Samuel's child, she must navigate the pain of their situation to eventually say goodbye.

Directed by Simon Hunter, this production is the third feature in his career, following Mutant Chronicles and Edie. The screenplay was written by Charlotte Radford, who also served as a producer alongside Ron Bareham and Michael Riley. The film stars Peter Facinelli as Samuel and Charlotte Radford as Annabel, with a supporting cast that includes Matt Barber, John Standing, James Cosmo, and Jane Thorne. Produced by Sterling Pictures and CYHM, the project was made with a budget of 6 million USD.
