Snow White

A jealous queen seeks to remain the most beautiful woman in the kingdom, leading her to target her stepdaughter, Snow White. After learning from a magic mirror that the princess has surpassed her in beauty, the queen attempts to have the young woman killed. Snow White escapes into the forest, where she finds shelter in a home shared by seven dwarfs. Despite her hiding, the queen eventually locates her and uses a poisoned apple to put the princess into a deep sleep, from which she is later awakened by a prince.
