What's left behind the scenes
- Filming took place from May 1 to July 4, 2024, in Croatia and Slovenia.
- According to makeup artist Georg Korpas, the original plan was to dye Alexa Goodall's hair a dark color to match the original book. However, after seeing how Momo's look turned out, the filmmakers decided to use the actress's natural hair color—red.
- The costumes of the Grey Gentlemen were inspired by 1960s fashion. The suits themselves were made in Vienna, while the shirts were produced in Zagreb.
