Sundarapandian

Sundarapandian has finished college but spends his days idling in his village with his friend Murugesan. When Arivazhagan asks for help winning over Archana, Sundarapandian agrees to assist. Archana turns down both Arivazhagan and another suitor, Bhuvaneshwaran, and then reveals that her feelings have long been directed at Sundarapandian himself. The confession unsettles the friendships around him and sets off the film's central conflict.

This 2012 Indian release is an action drama with romantic elements, running 140 minutes. It was directed and written by S. R. Prabhakaran and produced by M. Sasikumar, who also plays the title role. Lakshmi Menon appears as Archana, with Vijay Sethupathi as Jegan, Soori as Murugesan, Appukutty as Bhuvaneshwaran and Inigo Prabhakaran as Arivazhagan. It was made by Company Productions.
