Short description
Finn Baxter is a young boy who moves with his family from California to a house in Maine. Convinced that their new residence is haunted, Finn creates various traps to capture the spirits he believes are present. While his parents are stuck across town, Finn and his sister remain at home. Their situation changes when a group of thieves targets the house, accidentally triggering the devices Finn had set for ghosts.

The film stars Christian Martyn as Finn Baxter and Jodelle Ferland as Alexis Baxter, with a supporting cast including Malcolm McDowell, Debi Mazar, Eddie Steeples, and Doug Murray.
