Short description

Now that Santa and Mrs. Claus have the North Pole running smoothly, the Counsel of Legendary Figures has called an emergency meeting on Christmas Eve! The evil Jack Frost has been making trouble, looking to take over the holiday! So he launches a plan to sabotage the toy factory and compel Scott to invoke the little-known Escape Clause and wish he'd never become Santa.

What's left behind the scenes

When Santa and Lucy first enter the room of glass balls, the head of the film's director, Michael Lembeck, can be seen in one of them (right before the characters leave the room).
The answer to the math problem in the film is: 3 hours.
This is the only film in the franchise without the elf Bernard. The actor who played him, David Kramholz, was busy filming the series "Numbers" (2005-2010). In Bernard's absence, the elf Curtis became Santa's main assistant.
Jack Frost's song "North Pole, North Pole" is a parody of Frank Sinatra's (1915-1998) composition "New York, New York" (1979).
