A police officer named Ling is investigating a series of murders involving masked rapists. On her wedding night, she is raped and her husband is murdered by the suspects. Devastated by the attack, Ling decides to ignore the help of her colleagues and instead uses her own body as a tool to seek revenge against the men who attacked her.

Directed by Aman Chang Man, this 1999 action thriller is the third film in the director's career, following Raped by an Angel 2: The Uniform Fan and Raped by an Angel 3: Sexual Fantasy of the Chief Executive. The screenplay was written by Cheung Kwok-Yuen and produced by Wong Jing, Charles Heung, and Lee Siu-Kay. The cast features Angie Cheung Wai-Yee as Madam Chan Siu Ling, alongside Vincent Zhao Wenzhuo, Stephen Au Kam-Tong, and Elvis Tsui Kam-Kong.

The production was a Hong Kong effort involving China Star Entertainment, Win's Entertainment Ltd., Jing's Production Limited, and China Star Entertainment Group.
