It's Christmas, Carol!

Carol Huffman is a successful but ruthless publishing executive in Chicago whose only priorities are work and money. On Christmas Eve she is visited by the ghost of Eve, the former head of the company, who shows her how little she cares for the people around her. Eve guides Carol through her past, present and future, a job she has to handle alone rather than with the usual three spirits.

The film is a Canadian television production directed by Michael M. Scott from a screenplay by Christopher Sey. It follows several holiday-themed television films Scott made in the same period, among them Mrs. Miracle, Edge of the Garden and Trading Christmas, and it came out in the same year as Kiss at Pine Lake. Emmanuelle Vaugier plays Carol, with Carrie Fisher as Eve and supporting roles for Olivia Cheng, Tygh Runyan, Patti Allan and Chelah Horsdal, in a credited cast of 24.

It's Christmas, Carol! was released in November 2012 and runs 84 minutes. On IMDb it holds a rating of 5.8 from around 1,200 votes, while on TMDB it sits at 5.5 from a much smaller number of 36 votes. The audience response is therefore modest, and the two averages are close enough to suggest a similar reaction across both sites.
