Guerrero Hernandez leads an outlaw gang in the Old West. After breaking his half-brother Red out of jail, Guerrero plans to rob a mining town, but Red turns on him and kills him. Guerrero makes a pact with the devil and comes back from the dead to take revenge on those who betrayed him.
Dead in Tombstone is a Western with fantasy and horror elements, directed by Roel Reiné. It is the tenth of the twenty-one films he has directed in chronological order, following 12 Rounds 2: Reloaded and preceding Seal Team Eight: Behind Enemy Lines. The screenplay is by Brendan Cowles and Shane Kuhn, and Mike Elliott produced. Danny Trejo plays Guerrero, with Mickey Rourke as Lucifer, Anthony Michael Hall as Red Hernandez, Dina Meyer as Calathea Massey, Richard Dillane as Jack Sutter, and Ronan Summers as Ramos. The film runs 100 minutes and was produced in the United States by Universal 1440 Entertainment, CC Capital Arts Entertainment SRL and Rebel Entertainment, with a budget of 5 million USD.
Audience response has been modest. On IMDb it holds a rating of 4.8 out of 10 from around 6,300 votes, and on TMDB it has a rating of 5 out of 10 from just over 200 votes. The small vote counts on both platforms suggest a limited viewership rather than a widely seen release.
