Wild

Set in the 17th-century Carpathian Mountains, Wild follows the collision between a mute warrior and an imperial inquisitor. The warrior was raised by animals and mountain dwellers, living a life tied to nature. His existence is disrupted by an inquisitor who arrives under the guise of recovering stolen papal insignia, though his true goal is a violent campaign of revenge. This conflict serves as a struggle between instinctual freedom and the rigid power of civilization.

The film was directed by Maciej Kawulski, who also co-wrote the screenplay and served as a producer. This project follows his previous work on How I Fell in Love with a Gangster and the two Kleks Academy films. The cast features Tomasz Włosok in the title role, alongside Leszek Lichota, Agata Buzek, Zofia Jastrzębska, Angelika Włoch, and Sebastian Dela. A Polish production, the movie was produced by Open Mind Production, Bajka Pana Kleksa, ZPR Media, and TVN Warner Bros. Discovery. It was released on January 1, 2026, as an action-drama with historical themes.
