The Family McMullen

Set three decades after the events of the first film, this story follows Barry McMullen, now in his fifties, and his family as they navigate various romantic struggles. During a Thanksgiving visit, Barry's adult children face their own dilemmas, with one planning a marriage while the other avoids commitment. Meanwhile, Barry's brother Patrick deals with a separation, and his widowed sister-in-law Molly seeks a new path in life. Together, the family members confront unexpected hurdles that test their loyalty and emotional bonds.

Written and directed by Edward Burns, this film follows Millers in Marriage and precedes Finnegan's Foursome in his body of work. Burns also stars in the lead role of Barry McMullen.
