No Ordinary Heist

Based on a real robbery from 2004, this crime thriller takes place in Belfast. Two bank employees who dislike each other are forced to cooperate when a criminal gang kidnaps their families. To ensure the safety of their loved ones, the two men must orchestrate a massive heist from within the Northern Bank without the criminals ever entering the building.

The film was directed by Colin McIvor, who previously directed Cup Cake in 2010. McIvor also co-wrote the screenplay with Aisling Corristine. The movie features Eddie Marsan as Richard Murray and Éanna Hardwicke as Barry McKenna, with supporting roles played by Michelle Fairley, Eva Birthistle, Andrea Irvine, and Patrick O'Kane. The production involved companies from the United Kingdom, Ireland, and the United States, including Epic Pictures Group and Blue Ink Films.
