Jackass 3D

Jackass 3D brings back Johnny Knoxville and his crew of performers for another collection of stunts, pranks and self-inflicted punishment. Bam Margera, Steve-O, Ryan Dunn, Chris Pontius, Jason "Wee Man" Acuña and dozens of other participants subject themselves to collisions, animals, explosives and homemade contraptions, including a segment involving a charging bull and a stunt that fires a cast member through the air. The film was shot and released in 3D, which shapes how the chaos is presented to the audience.

Jeff Tremaine directed, continuing a run that began with Jackass: The Movie in 2002 and Jackass Number Two in 2006. He shares screenplay and producing credits with Spike Jonze and Johnny Knoxville, and the production came from Paramount, MTV Films and Dickhouse Productions.

Made for a reported 20 million dollars, the film took in about 117 million dollars worldwide, a strong return on its budget. A critics' score of 5.9 out of 10 from 112 reviews places professional opinion below the general audience response. Its 94-minute runtime collects the stunts without a conventional narrative.
