Upcoming adventure fantasy from Ukraine, A December Tale 2: The Lost Letter follows Saint Nicholas as he finds a letter sent by a boy named Borys three decades earlier. The letter remained unopened for thirty years, and the child has since grown into a successful businessman who no longer believes in magic or joy due to difficult life experiences. Saint Nicholas must work quickly to help the man rediscover his sense of wonder. Failure to do so would result in the man losing the ability to feel happiness and the gift-giver losing his magical powers.

The film is directed by Oleksandr Kirienko, who previously directed Team Building and The Guardians of Christmas in 2025. The screenplay was written by Oleksandr Brahin and Vyacheslav Ostrovtsev. The production was handled by Big Hand Films and features Viktor Zhdanov in the lead role as Saint Nicholas. Scheduled for release on November 19, 2026, the movie blends elements of comedy, drama, family, and romance.
