Short description

A man pretends to be mentally ill to enter a psychiatric facility and rescue his sister. While inside, the siblings discover that the head doctor is using patients as human test subjects for an experimental drug. This treatment transforms the patients into bloodthirsty cannibals, forcing the pair to seek a way to escape the institution with the help of a nurse and another patient.
