Blood-C: The Last Dark

In winter, Tokyo is under strict regulations that include internet restrictions and curfews for minors. A group of young people called Surat uses the web to fight for their freedom and investigate Fumito Nanahara, a powerful political figure who controls the city. Their research reveals the existence of Tower, a secret organization linked to Nanahara that performs human experiments. They are joined by Saya, a sword-wielding student seeking revenge against Nanahara, who protects the group from monsters that prey on humans.
