Big Night

Two Italian immigrant brothers run a struggling restaurant in New Jersey during the 1950s. While one brother is a skilled chef, the establishment fails to attract local customers who prefer simpler fare and a competing nearby restaurant. Facing mounting debts and the threat of bankruptcy, the brothers attempt to save their business by organizing a lavish banquet. They pin their hopes on the event by inviting the famous jazz musician Louis Prima as the guest of honor to attract wealthy investors and prestigious guests.
