Terell Lessor is a disillusioned former hacker who struggles to find employment after moving to New York. To fight the system and seek revenge against those he blames for his situation, he uses spy cameras and listening devices to gather compromising footage. While he begins by targeting personal enemies, he eventually expands his efforts to include politicians and corporate executives. As he publishes these videos online, his actions spark a movement of followers and attract legal pursuit, leading to a situation that spirals beyond his control.
