Twinkle, Twinkle Lucky Stars

Five Hong Kong police officers are sent on a holiday to Thailand as a reward for their work against crime. The group includes Kidstuff, Sandy, Rawhide, Roundhead, Pagoda and Muscles, and their break is interrupted by a case that brings them back to Hong Kong, where they become involved in protecting a witness and taking on a local crime boss.

This is the third entry in the Lucky Stars series, following Winners and Sinners and My Lucky Stars, and Sammo Hung returns as director. It is the ninth of the sixteen films he has directed in chronological order, coming after Heart of Dragon and before Millionaires' Express. Hung also appears as Kidstuff, alongside Richard Ng, Jackie Chan as Muscles, Stanley Fung, Michael Miu Kiu-Wai and Eric Tsang, with Barry Wong writing the screenplay. The production was mounted by Orange Sky Golden Harvest and Paragon Films Ltd.

The film runs 94 minutes and mixes action with comedy. It took in around 4 million USD worldwide. On IMDb it holds a 6.2 rating from about 4,900 votes, while on TMDB it stands at 6.5 from 168 votes. The audience scores on both platforms are close, with the TMDB figure slightly higher than the IMDb one.
