Short description
Jeanne is a married writer and mother who begins to experience memory loss and panic attacks. She notices mysterious changes in her home and feels her own body transforming, though her family believes these perceptions are merely the result of stress from her writing. After finding a photograph at her mother's house, Jeanne travels to Italy to search for another woman. There, having physically transformed into a woman named Rosa Maria, she seeks to uncover a secret regarding her true identity.
Directed by Marina de Van, who also co-wrote the screenplay, the film stars Sophie Marceau and Monica Bellucci. This production was a collaboration between Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, and France. With a budget of 13 million USD, the film had a limited commercial impact, earning 3 million USD at the worldwide box office.
