The Land Before Time VII: The Stone of Cold Fire

Littlefoot witnesses a glowing object fall from the night sky into the Smoking Mountains. Because he is the only witness, the other inhabitants do not believe him. He gathers a group of young dinosaur friends to find the object, known as the Stone of Cold Fire. While they search, Petrie's uncle Pterano pretends to support the children, but he secretly intends to seize the stone for its perceived powers.

The film was directed and produced by Charles Grosvenor, who also directed the fifth and sixth entries in the series before this seventh installment. He would later direct six more films in the franchise between 2001 and 2007, following his earlier work on Once Upon a Forest. The voice cast includes Thomas Dekker as Littlefoot, Kenneth Mars as Grandpa, Miriam Flynn as Grandma, Jeff Bennett as Petrie, Jim Cummings as Sierra, and Aria Noelle Curzon as Ducky.

This animated family adventure was a joint production between the United States and Taiwan through Universal Pictures, Universal Cartoon Studios, and Wang Film Productions. It has a runtime of 75 minutes. Audience reception is moderate, with a rating of 5.8/10 based on 3,700 votes on IMDb and a slightly higher score of 6.2/10 from 298 votes on TMDB.
