Short description
Two brothers have half of a powerful ancient Chinese talisman. An evil gang leader has the other half, and determines to get the brothers' half and have a complete medallion so he can gain absolute power.

- The film is based on the *Double Dragon* series of computer games (1987 – present).
- The motorboat chase was filmed on the Cuyahoga River in northeastern Ohio. The chase culminated in an explosion using 2,650 liters of gasoline mixed with 757 liters of alcohol. The day before, a warning about the upcoming explosion was repeatedly broadcast on several television channels, yet some Cleveland residents, hearing the blast, called emergency services, which recorded 210 calls within ten minutes.
