Antoine spent his entire life carefully managing his diet, health, and emotions to avoid illness. However, on his 50th birthday, he suffers a heart attack despite his lifelong caution. Faced with medical advice to be even more careful, he decides to reject his restrictive habits and change his approach to life by letting loose and seeking pleasure.

This French comedy was directed by Eric Lavaine, who also co-wrote the screenplay with Héctor Cabello Reyes.
